Tom Fleming

Co-Founder of FlexFind

Tom has been in the flexible workspace industry for over 8 years, having built a 500-person coworking space in North Sydney in 2016. He started brokering coworking deals in 2018, working with a wide range of clients – from entrepreneurs and startups, through to large ASX listed entities. In 2023, he co-founded FlexFind to assist clients in navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of flexible work environments.

Away from work Tom is a keen (yet average) sportsman playing touch footy and cricket and is a diehard Manly Sea Eagles supporter.

Michelle Street

Michelle Street

General Manager
Michelle has over 6 years experience in the flexible workspace industry, with experience across the APAC region. She is now the General Manager for FlexFind where she brings her skills and expertise to clients looking for flex space across the globe. Prior to FlexFind, Michelle was the Client Solutions Director and managed the APAC Digital team where she built relationships with operators to assist clients in getting the best outcome for their office needs.
Outside of work, Michelle spends time with her dog, Abbey, and has a passion for wine.

With extensive experience in driving marketplace growth and operational excellence from his time at Uber and his current role leading Turo in Australia, Tim is set to play a key role in shaping FlexFind’s vision as the company scales up in the flexible workspace industry.

Tim’s expertise aligns seamlessly with FlexFind’s mission to innovate workspace solutions, making him an invaluable resource as the company continues to expand and enhance its offerings in the flexible workspace sector.

With over 7 years of experience within the Flexible workspace industry, Sean currently heads up the APAC business for global real estate technology and software provider essensys. Prior to his current role, Sean was with Knight Frank leading their Flex Real Estate Advisory team and worked for IWG, the world’s largest flex provider across a number of leadership and enterprise sales roles, where he supported some of Australia and Asia Pacifics largest occupiers with their flexible workspace requirements.
Sean has a tumultuous love/hate relationship with golf and unlike some other key members of the FlexFind team follows the right code of footy, as an avid Sydney Swans fan.

Dan is the current UK Country Manager of successful startup ‘Tracksuit’. His expertise is both in Venture Capital and Scale Up Operations / Sales having worked for Folklore Ventures, LegalVision and RagTagd. He has a vast network and knowledge of the start-up world both in Aus and abroad.
He is also a keen sportsman having played rugby overseas and still enjoys golf, touch footy and running.
